Not a lot of auto mechanic are trustworthy i have come to conclud. I figure one more chance with a mechanic. I didn't mind paying a little more if I'm treated right. One of the best stared place in Battle Creek at the time when i came here years ago. They took good care of me. Made me feel like they wouldn't get over on me. Before this recent issue there was another one but i looked past it. Sadly this most recent issue has to be the last. They put me in a spot where it was there word vs. mine with what they fixed previously. They didn't want to believe me with what i told them they fixed. It's easy to tell the new area they fixed has a hole so i thought there wouldn't even be a question. Unfortunately they told me the old receipt was to broad and i had to pay for labor. It's not that big of a deal but the warranty is why i go here and not do it myself. I didn't want to argue and have them tell me to go somewhere else. This place is great. I’ve known the own since our days in high school and he, and his staff, and very knowledgeable and highly experienced. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I have been here more than I’d like to admit over the last month. Lol. I’ve had 3 cars in and out of here. Every time I need something, Jamie answers the phone in a very professional manner and is always super polite and helpful. They have been great about letting me get my car towed to them and getting my car looked at the same day! They provide insanely fast service especially when compared to other shops in Battle Creek. Though, nobody likes paying for car repairs, they make it easy and as enjoyable having your car in the shop can possibly be. I would recommend anyone to them. Thanks guys!
