They will charge you hundreds of dollars for a 15 min inspection, overcharge for work performed on your vehicle and then when the work they performed makes the problem worse they will try to charge you hundreds of dollars again for another inspection. Take it from me, stay far away from this place. Professional muffler and brake is right down the road on 20th and they will actually fix your vehicle without wasting your time or money.
FANTASTIC...every single employee was superb. Cant believe how much that dealership has improved over 25 years since there. I came from Jackson, because they are not anywhere as good as Battle Creek, or Albion. Night and day difference. Originally from BC, we will drive that 35 min to get the awesome service I got today. THANK YOU
They have always taken care of my vehicle. The one time they made a mistake they fixed it and took responsibility. That is important in a service shop.
