Clean shop; friendly, helpful customer service; technician did a great job - followed me to my car to explain what he'd done and how to proceed. Extremely helpful. My second time at this Firestone, feel like I've found my mechanic. Thank you, guys.
Did not have a good experience with them and I had to return 3 times to resolve an issue that still didn't get resolve by them. Then you hide the cost until it's time to pick up. Your better off going to your local mechanic. NEVER AGAIN.
First off, the gentleman opened the door for me!!! Everyone was respectful, not pushy or dismissive. He was friendly knowledgeable. Overall service was great!! ????????????????
