Firestone Complete Auto Care

I hardly leave reviews, but wanted to leave one for the above and beyond help that I received from Martin! He was super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I visited a few times for my car's services, and every time he took care of me and was patient in explaining everything to me in great detail, which was very nice and important to me as someone that knows very little about cars but likes to understand what all is going on with it. It sucks to see that other people reviewing here had bad experiences. I can't speak for them, but I can speak from my experience to say that I was taken care of and had a great experience getting my car serviced here!

Clean shop; friendly, helpful customer service; technician did a great job - followed me to my car to explain what he'd done and how to proceed. Extremely helpful. My second time at this Firestone, feel like I've found my mechanic. Thank you, guys.
