They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Fast & Friendly! They helped me with a state inspection today. They were able to fit me into their schedule on a days notice. Dropped off in the morning and car was back by the afternoon. Much appreciated! Another auto shop recommended them for State Inspections and I’m passing on the recommendation to Google to share! :)
I've been a customer for over 35 years and I won't take my vehicles to any other service ... unless Bill tells me to do that, of course. Bill gives advice, the best service in Baltimore and great conversation. During all of this, he provides easy-to-understand education about my vehicle(s). I love this place and this guy, along with his employees.
