Highly recommend! My car was sideswiped in dc and making a funny noise; I called Quattro and Jen (the manager) was able to get me in very quickly. They found the root of the noise and fixed it easily and didn’t even ask for any money. I was worried I’d get scammed but I’m coming away feeling super thankful for them!
This place is an absolute scam, they charge my insurance almost 8000$ to repair two doors! They keep lying and lying about the date the car was supposed to be finished, they lied abt extra two days on my rental. They said we talked to rental company and your insurance will pay for the extra days. At the end I was charged for that. They completely messed up my interior, needs a full detailing, another 250 that I should pay. The pictures themselves speak:
Great paint and dent work, team was honest about what needed to be fixed and what didn’t, honest about insurance coverage, completed earlier than expected, pricing was most competitive around.
