My experience with Sterling Auto body is unlike any other body shop I've worked with. From the initial phone call, to signing over my vehicle, their service was knowledgeable and diligent. The staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. They acknowledge customers as they walk through the door and you are attended to quickly. Antonio was polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He explained step by step the process was very accurate with timelines and expectations. I returned here recently because I will never go anywhere else because of the experience of care. (This facility runs mostly on solar energy! Huge plus in my book)
