Went in for oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection. Overall incredible experience from being able to book online, communication from the staff before, during, and after, as well as the inspection link complete with pictures and honest suggestions for repair work and when to have what done. Edited to add: Michael was very responsive and apologetic and quick to work to rectify the situation. I appreciate how forthcoming he was in the face of a huge miscommunication scenario. He helped me work it out and performed the service requested on the brakes in the end. Adjusting my review in light of his communication and the work performed. Used the online submission form to request a quote to "replace brakes and rotors" and was sent a response from Mike Betke stating "I HAVE LOOKED UP THE BRAKE JOB YOU REQUESTED, LOOKS AS IF IT WILL COME OUT TO $723 FOR PADS, AND ROTORS." I then proceeded to set an appointment for said brake pad and rotor replacement. They said I would need to drop the car off first thing or leave overnight for them to begin in the morning. I left the vehicle overnight and then got a call from Mike around 11am the following morning saying that upon inspection they did not quote me properly, they only quoted for the front axle and it would actually cost $1336.59
