The representatives, totally misleading/waste your time. I made an appointment for my Ford, I told them it was a Ford when I spoke to two different representatives they said they “work with all types of cars” and proceeded to set me up with an appointment. I arrived to my appointment they took my car key we went out to my car and looked at the damages. The guy felt the scratch damages on my car, just to tell me “yeah we only work with teslas…” please save your time don’t go here if you don’t have a tesla nor bother calling.

I was experiencing some very bad service from my usual body shop because they were blaming an issue I had with my car on me when I knew it wasn’t my fault. I was in desperate need for somebody to fix my car so by fate I went down to street to look for another shop and I’m so glad I did. Walking into total recon, I was kindly welcomed by Will who understood my frustrations and was eager to help me. Sebastian took one look at my car and immediately identified the problem and how to fix it. He assured me that this issue was in fact caused by my previous body shop and got the job done in about an hour when my previous shop held onto my car for days and still did not fix the problem. All of this was done with so much professionalism and kindness I am almost glad my car had this issue because it led me to this amazing shop.
