Michael. I thought he was a good genuine mechanic. He will do one job good for you so you come back, but the next job he did on my car, he didn’t even fix anything and now my leak is worse and I asked him “why did this happen” and he went on on how it has to be something else on the transfer case. He then wanted to charge me another $400 to try and fix it again. He’s not about integrity or sympathetic with his customers whatsoever. If you didn’t do the job right, well the right thing to do would be to fix it for free since he should’ve done it the first time. Ridiculous.
Excellent service on my Mercedes 2005 Diesel (E320 CDI). They were able to troubleshoot all error codes and complete the necessary repair the first time. Six months after the service – the car runs great with no error codes.
