I am so glad that Superior Auto Repair did the work so well and with promptness. My car had battery problems, then rapidly deflating tire from a screw puncture. Brought in my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu for a problem with the transmission. I previously called a couple of other places about the problem and was either getting told I needed to rebuild/replace the transmission, or the closest appointment date for a diagnostic was weeks away. I gave Superior Auto Service a call and had an appointment and tow service scheduled the very next day. They ran diagnostics and Rob kept me up to date every step of the way. Turns out, a power cable was damaged and they replaced it. Vehicle runs just like it used to now. I highly recommend this shop if you're in the Silver Spring/Rockville area! It's a Maryland Certified Emission Repair Shop that played a pivotal role in ensuring my 23-year-old car passed its emission test. The manager, Rob, consistently kept me informed about the progress, and the owner, Bob, readily extended his assistance for any additional issues. Their professionalism and courtesy are truly commendable, and I'm genuinely delighted to have discovered this shop.
