GP Auto is responsive, knowledgeable, reasonable and doesn't make you feel like an idiot, a chump, or pulls the wool over your eyes. Gary and his crew are some of the friendliest, most down-to-earth mechanics that I've had the pleasure of working on my cars and motorcycles. In addition to my dentist, GP Auto is a vendor that lets me live my life without fear in case something goes wrong.
Simply great prices, friendly, professional and does great work.
Used to be a great place. Now, through a couple years of suffering through missed appointment deadlines (by days, not hours) and sporadic, if any, follow-up on repairs and inquiries, combined with a lack of desire to stand behind his shop's work, forces me to abandon the shop that I've trusted for 6+ years. Sad state of affairs.
