Don’t bring your car to Good Year. The employee that fixing the my car was inexperienced and screwed up the tire patch. Because of this I was forced to purchase a new tire. Nobody from the shop had the decency to acknowledge his error. Avoid this shop at all cost!!! Or your wallet will pay the price!
I have been a customer for over a year now. I love the service and efficiency from the staff. Andy has definitely become my favorite employee there, ask for him and he goes above and beyond to help.
Front desk representative of the Rockville location was amazing and extremely professional. Every time I’ve been here they’ve been great to work with. I recommend this facility by Goodyear in Rockville and will be back again in the future anytime for any of my car service that these guys offer.
