The Guys are very approachable and knowledgeable when it comes to providing solutions for any auto concerns. I'm from the country (NC) so I grew up around backyard mechanics...people you know and trust. That's the feel I get when I'm there and never pressured to just accept work that may be unnecessary. On 8/28/21 we took our 2013 Toyota Highlander to Phil & Mike's for brake replacement service. Mike was a real pleasure to talk to & deal with called me about issues that was found while vehicle was being serviced. Prices are very fair work was top notch. We will be using Phil & Mike's again. I gave two stars due to the fact that they had great customer service. The quality of work was not professional and I was over charged. I had to get my flex pipe welded. After the work was done my car was not making noise any longer and the leaking has stopped. However, a month later I went to get an oil change and I was told the work was poorly done. It was not professionally done for the price I was charged.
