I took my car in to get my oil changed and was told that my brakes were about to start sparking. I was given a receipt noting that my brake pads were all between 1 and 4 mm. They told me I would need to get them replaced right away and quoted me at $750 for just brake pads. Knowing I couldn't pay that, I took my car back and contacted someone I know and trust. By just looking at a picture, he could tell my brake pads were going to last a bit longer. When he could actually measure them, he confirmed that all of them were fine and could last a lot longer. I'm almost certain that this guy saw a young woman by herself and tried to take advantage of what I didn't know to get money out of me. I already complained with the company and have heard nothing.

We went in to have our brakes checked, front and back. We thought we would need both. The brake inspection was free. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we only needed front brakes and rotors. He told us the back brakes were fine. If he was dishonest, he could have hit us with back brakes too, but he was honest and did not take advantage of us.

They always do a good job on my vehicle. Chris the manager is very friendly and professional.
