I didn't have the best experience. They tried to accommodate me. I dont know if it's how bust the shop is or supply chain issues. It took over a month to fix my car and then I had to notice that it wasn't right. Then it took 2 months to get the correct parts in. Now they give me a day and a half to get there by 445 pm. I should have gone through SDR Collison.
Buzzy will send you a weird email with no body and an attachment that gets classified as spam for the estimate. I wanted a paint job and a few interior things. The part numbers were all wrong. 7000 for just paint touch ups :) Service: Painting
Ed Jones in the service department (along with Amanda) were so incredibly kind, informative and helpful. The repair team made a mistake and both of them worked quickly to get it rectified. My truck was repaired and back in like new condition in a matter of days (it only took a couple days as they had to order parts). I will DEFINITELY be going back to them in the future for my service and repair needs. I can't praise them enough (hopefully this review helps).
