First of all, I wouldn’t send a toy car there if I had to. I dropped off my car at this shop as my insurance company recommended it. After I received my car, there was a check engine light on. They scanned the check engine light and reset it instead of telling me the truth of what the code said. As I drove home, the light came back on again. I took the car to a different auto body shop and they confirmed the light was because my air intake valve was damaged. The air intake valve was not broken when the car was dropped off nor was it mentioned/listed on the pre-inspection/pre estimate by them and my insurance company. Nor was there a check engine light on AFTER the initial accident. Please use this as a caution. The regret and the remorse that came with them was not worth the headache. Service: Body & Trim

I recently had my 2018 Volvo S90 T5 worked on at Ed and Jim's Body Shop. The Shop Manager Bryan personally handled my car. Bryan called me daily with updates. I had difficulties dealing with both GEICO and Enterprise. Bryan made calls on my behalf to both GEICO and Enterprise, this was not in his job description but he did so to assist me. Once I got my car back it was better than the day I purchased the vehicle. Ed and Jim does top notch body work and even better customer service!!!!

Great place to bring your car for either Insurance or Personal fixes. I’ve brought my car in for both and each time I’ve gotten it back the work was done amazingly and my car was cleaned inside and out! Everything they did was crystal clear and efficient. They were very communicative able the steps they took and timelines.
