I had a tail light that burned out and had a repair order that needed to be signed off. I walked in without an appointment, was in and out in under 15 minutes, repair order was signed off, and the price was extremely reasonable! I will definitely be back for future work on my car! Very Shady....DO NOT Use them. I had my brakes done here. He charged me for Rotors and Brakes. He never replaced the rotors he charged me for. This is clearly not a new rotor.
I wasn't exactly looking forward to paying over 500 bucks to have the thermostat in my Jeep Cherokee replaced as soon as I moved from Texas to Perry Hall, but it happened. I am glad I was able to pay that to PHA&TC though. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. I should add, that 500 bucks was 200 bucks cheaper than what another service center quoted me for the repair. Since I live here now, I might as well make them my go-to service shop.
