Auto Sense Auto Service Center

Several years ago my car was stolen from western md and was found in collage Park. It was misused and abused. Fortunately, I heard of Auto Sence auto Service Center.and they had my car towed from the impound lot to there shop . Their wonderful office manager picked me up at the light rail station and while performing diagnostic services I had a very nice visit with the receptionist/ manager Rose. Ken explained the car problems in a professional way but dumbed it up so I could understand. I was treated to lunch, invited to dinner And my car was repaired to a state better then when I bought it. GREAT SERVICE! and Rose is an exceptional administrator, office manager, wife, mother and a sweet beautiful person, a gòod cousin too. Car broke down had it towed here after seeing all the great reviews. Knowing everywhere was busy I expected to wait days. Thankfully they were able to fix everything same day, gave me price quotes on everything before working. And a great point at the bottom of signing the paperwork is a 24month or 24k mile warranty on their work. Spoke with Ken most the day about the work done. my car battery kept leaving me, i was using a portable jump box, i called they said bring it right over and even had it completed by the time i got off work. Nice job!!! new battery, cable and post. Guys appreciate you getting it done quickly. I would come back again.
