My 2007 Toyota Camry has been serviced here over three years. Great service, conveniently timely, and informative feedback. Courteous staff.

On the last night of a 13-day road trip (a Friday night), and almost 500 miles from home, the car would not start. On Saturday morning we first called the local Toyota dealer who said they were booked until the following Thursday. They said we could have the car towed there, but they couldn't get the parts until they looked at the car, all of which was a non-starter. We then found BWI Automotive online, and they had good reviews. I called and was told they had a service bay open if we could get the car to them. About an hour later the car was in the service bay, the problem was diagnosed, and the parts were obtained. Unbelievable!! The problem was the starter. They replaced the battery and starter, I had them perform an oil change since the car was in the shop, and we were on our way by noon. The staff were professional and courteous, and the price was reasonable. AND, clean rest rooms and a waiting area!! Give these guys a call! Services: Battery, Oil change

Got my cars AC fixed today. They worked fast and were honest and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Will go back in the future for sure. Service: Air conditioning
