These people a horrible I don’t prefer anyone I mean anyone not to take your vehicle here. The head mechanic Dee is very disrespectful has very bad customer service manners. I had my transmission replaced they called me told me it was done I get there asked have they drove it and was everything ok . The head mechanic Dee told me yes and he was so quick for me to pay him I was kind of curious but it didn’t dawn on me that he was acting kind of weird. I paid him $915.00 and my vehicle was not properly serviced and fixed. I highly advise everyone not to take your vehicle to this place very very bad business. Service: Transmission

Originaly I brought my car to a Firestone. I needed a new tire, coolant flush, and new control arms along with ball joints. Firestone said to scrap the car or I could pay 4,500 to have the car totally fixed. Or I could pay 1100 for the coolant flush and the new tire. I ended up paying the 1100. I then called AAA and thir driver recommended luckys. Lucky's quoted me 1500. For all that Firestone wanted to do! So glad I chose Lucky's!

Friendly service and fast. Called to get price for wheel alignment, dropped car off and in no time was called to pick it up. Price was exactly what I was quoted! Lady at counter was very pleasant and I will definitely be going back to them in the future!! Service: Wheel alignment
