Excellent customer service. Mr. Joel and Mr. Eddy took the time and explained the problem with my car in terms I could understand. Mr. Eddy showed me what was replaced, how the part functioned in the car, as well as provided suggestions to consider on the future maintenance of the car. The car was ready at the time I was told it would be, and the cost was reasonable. There at H& H, they work on building trust and long-term relationships with their customers through good customer service. As a customer I appreciate their honesty. Thank you H & H.

Can't say enough good about these guys! It's been 11 years since i've had my car serviced here and not because they weren't great, but because I leased for 6 years, the pandemic was 3 years and I had a 5 year service agreement with the dealer. It's funny how fast time flies. H&H Didn't miss a beat, they still have reasonable prices, great customer service and are completely honest and transparent about what services you need done. I sent my husband here a few months back to get some brake pads and rotors installed and a sister friend of mine to get her A/C fixed....both were very pleased. My service was a coolant flush and oil change today. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for your auto needs!
