I came in based on the reviews to get my state inspection and Hassan was great! He is a very honest man who will give you a fair price if you need repairs. He also has wonderful customer service and builds great rapport with his clients. If anything is ever wrong with my vehicle I’m taking my car to Excel Auto.

Excel auto is such a great find! Hassan is truly an amazing business owner - he is honest, kind, and caring. He offers his expertise in a way that keeps his clients’ best interests in mind, and doesn’t just see dollar signs. He is extremely family friendly; he welcomes our rambunctious children into his waiting room and is patient and kind with them - he even remembers them by name every time. But most importantly; he gives expert diagnostics and repairs at fair prices. A week ago, my husband was discharged from the hospital. We live in northern VA, and had to drive from Baltimore to get home. On the way, something fell off another vehicle and hit my car. The rear right panel including the wheel wall came away from the body and was resting on my rear wheel while we were going 60 mph on 95. I pulled over, and we managed to temporarily fix the damage with a bit of string, then we drove to the nearest mechanic with excellent reviews which turned out to be Excel Auto Center. They immediately took my car back and put it on a lift. They removed the wheel and did the repair, then took me back to show me what they had done. The work looked so clean and professional, and once they had the wheel back on, other than the scratches, you wouldn't be able to tell that less than an hour before the panel was literally hanging on by a string.
