Discount Auto Repair and tires

I am very pleased with the customer service at this location , i always leave very pleased with the work done on my vehicles . I felt the dire need to leave a review for discount auto! I will most definitely continue to do work with them and highly recommend their service .

I have been here several times now, every time I come in I experience the best customer service from Thiago and the Mechanics that work on my car. They are the absolute best, affordable prices and great service does not come around too often. Please keep up the amazing work guys!

I have been going to this shop based on convenience, as I live down the road. But I have really had it with this shop and will no longer patronize them (I have had multiple bad experiences but will keep this concise). I went in for an inspection after waiting 3 hours (i was told 1hr) was given a $3000.00 dollar quote for repair to my car in order to pass inspection. I felt like something was off and went to another shop for a 2nd opinion. To their credit the issues that needed fixing were somewhat compatible to what the other shop said. BUT the price ?! My quote was $700.00 parts and labor. I get it we are in hard times and everyone is trying to come up, but this is too much! Unacceptable. I pray you learn to do business with honor and integrity.
