Dropped my car off at 8:30 am, these guys never worked on my car and didn’t even call me to tell me they couldn’t do it. Terrible Service: A/C installation & repair
Excellent and quick service! I went to a few different places to get a state inspection and they all had a 1-3 day wait. Exxon Auto Service took my vehicle on the spot and it was ready within a couple of hours. I will be returning next year!!
Costumer service is consistent with pulling your own teeth. Two days before the inspection the staff didn’t even want to give me an appointment. After booking I showed up two days later on time. Again it seemed like they didn’t want my business. I was informed that it would take one and a half hours. After two hours I returned to my vehicle on the lift with the tires off and the technician smoking a cigarette. I was instructed with an attitude to have a seat they are almost done. 40 minutes later after watching the technician waste my time, I was informed that my vehicle failed. I would not recommend this Service: Vehicle Inspection
