Easy to schedule the appointment and service was completed in a reasonable time. The issue that I have is Road hazard was online for $78.00 and after leaving looked at bill and was charged $96.48 called customer service on 8/14/2023 and was told that I would be contacted about the over charge. Here we are at 8/19/2023 and still haven't been contacted very POOR customer service.
Great service. Personable staff. Had an issue with a tire purchased at a different Pep Boys out of state. They took my car in and got me fixed up under warranty with no problems.
Took my vehicle in for an A/C inspection because my vehicle was beginning to blow out hot air. Upon inspection they told me it was due to the A/C being overcharged and would cost $272. Just over an hour later I contacted them for an update and they began to inform me of a hairline crack which would cost almost 1k to fix. I will never take my car here again, and will have my own mechanic look to see if the hairline crack actually exists. TERRIBLE
