On the way home after buying 4 new tires, my husband noticed the tire pressure sensor came on. It wasn't on prior to this. We took it in and we were told that 2 of the sensors are broken but it isn't on them. They weren't broken before but they refuse to fix it. Never again!
Great service. Personable staff. Had an issue with a tire purchased at a different Pep Boys out of state. They took my car in and got me fixed up under warranty with no problems.
Set up an appointment using the Pep Boys online scheduling tool and it was super easy. Gave me multipool time slots that were in 30 minute intervals. VERY EASY TO USE Service was fast and friendly.
