Pars International Inspection & Collision

Had my car stolen and they were able to get everything fixed as of it was brand new. Customer service was amazing as well.

I have never been anywhere worse than this. My car inspection went without a hitch, and then as I was driving to work, the engine light came on. When I contacted, they advised me to visit Autozone to determine the problem's cause. There were numerous system codes after autozone, and the autozone employee said that's why I have to always take my car to the right place meaning Pars definitely did something to my car. After that, I returned to Pars and waited for about two hours for the owner to came in. He entered and acted in such a crude, arrogant, and unprofessional manner. He advised me to simply pay so they could fix it. I think they did it so they could fix it. I would never suggest anyone visit this location.

Leaving a million stars for Ms. Christina I called a million times and she answered a million times she never got frustrated and she answered every concerned question humbly. I called around trying to find out who would take my car in, I was concerned because she was quick to to welcome me, but now I'm very satisfied they did .AC you have an Awesome business very honest and the work you do speaks for itself.
