If I could leave a negative star review, I sure wouldn’t hesitate. I stopped past Jack’s tire today to get 2 tires mounted on 2 rims. I was stated that my vowel stems were old and may need to be replaced. I observed them and decided not to change them. At this point they proceeded to unmount my old tires and mount my new tires. During the process of the un-mounting; they had a problem removing the old tire, and they broke off the head of the valve stem on the inside of the rim. I stated to them that they damaged the valve stem trying to pry the tire off the incorrect way and that I am not paying $15 for something that they damaged and I was even willing to pay half of the repair ($7.50). He said all or nothing! So I replied “Do you want me to pay you for something that you messed up? That’s not right, so I’ll just gladly grab my stuff pay for the service that was done”, and then I left. I would never ever return to this business or suggest anyone to go there

I got my tire alignment in no time! For $90 whereas I was being charged $148 in Mr. Tire Auto
