I called to schedule an inspection. I was told the inspections are comprehensive and may take several hours. I took a day off, made an appoint a week in advance for 8 am. When I arrived I was told it may get take until 2:00. I waited for 6 hours returned and the car had not been in the shop yet and they could not give me an estimate when it would be done. For the right insurance paper work I could get a complementary rental and pick it up sometime tomorrow. A day off, 6 hour wait to have my car not inspected. Obviously I need to find a more reliable place.

I came here a couple days ago because my car got broken into. The staff was very friendly and attentive despite being busy. After a couple days they texted me a link letting me know about all the potential issues my car will have and how severe it is to get it changed. I found the report to be very useful! They didn't even charge me for cleaning the glass in the back passenger seat from the broken window, patching it up with a temporary plastic cover, or running the report. They recommended me to take my car to a body shop to reduce the costs which was honest of them. Andy explained the reasons very well. I will definitely be coming back to this shop in the future.
