Quincy and his team did a great job. Quincy is very charismatic and helpful. Not just in his work with me but i also observed him with other customers and coworkers, holding doors for others , opening car doors for customers , very respectful & professional, as well as informative about what my car needed & the questions I had. They don't want your business. My last experience at Jiffy Lube on Walter Johnson in Germantown will be my LAST. I wanted a tune up - Natalie greeted me and told me she'd find out the cost. 5 minutes later, my car was moved outside without any explanation. I found one employee that acted as if he was annoyed when I asked why my car was just moved out of the garage. Then I asked the manager, John, who blew me off completely. So, THREE JIFFY LUBE employees acted as if they were bothered to have to do their job. Take your car to the Lube Center on Middlebrook Rd. !
