The service manager was very well informed and customer friendly. He clearly explained on the phone first and then was equally pleasant and knowledgeable when I met him on site both to drop off the car for alignment and when i went back to pick up.

Dear New Employee, Please find a job that doesn't require interacting face to face with customers. Your customer service and listening skills are MIA and it sheds poorly on your employer at the end of the day. I was charged for the incorrect (highest priced) oil change for my vehicle after stating three times what I needed done. Employees at this location are usually stellar from start to end. This time I would give negative stars if I could.Same person checked me in and out, same dismissive I really don't want to do this job vibes. No greeting, thank you, dog, cat nothing. Didn't realize (because I usually never have an issue) until I was 40 min. away that I'd been charged for the wrong service. Too annoyed and exhausted to return at that point.. Took my car there for tire mount and balance. Waited for an hour, notified I will be waiting, car was not even brought in the shop. Would have been nice if that was the case. Not doing any service there, not today and never.
