If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car here instead of my regular mechanic because I needed my car fix asap and they were close to my residence. I brought my car in for overheating and service stabilitrak issue. Not only was I over charged but they didn't do the work they claimed they did after charging me over $1000. I picked the car up after they worked on it the first time and the next day the car died on me in the middle of the road. Had the car towed back to the shop. Again they said the car was good to go. I picked up the car and after a few days not even a week the car started overheating again. I checked the car and there was no coolant; how can this be possible after they claimed they worked on the car. The same issues why I brought the car in are still there. I don't usually leave reviews if I have nothing positive to say but this whole experience is so upset especially after the amount of money I was charged; I feel scammed. I’m not in the habit of posting reviews but my experience today has broken that rule. I just moved to the area and needed a marker bulb replaced (I tried to do it myself but it was out of my reach). My wife said “…go to Germantown Tire and Auto. They have really good reviews.” So I stop by late in the day on Friday thinking I’ll scope the place out and find out how long it would take to get an appointment. I describe the issue and before I can ask when I might be able to bring it in, the guy behind the counter says “…let me take a look.” I didn’t even get the chance to ask how much it might cost. Several minutes later he hands me my keys and says “…have a nice day.” I’m still trying to get my jaw up off the ground. Please don’t interpret this as an invitation to ask for free work. But I am astounded that these guys remind me of the kind of people who take pride in their work and are not just looking for ways to relieve their customers of their hard earned money. I just had

Called for an emergency tire replacement - after calling nearly 8 other shops for help (Friday afternoon), and then I called Germantown Tire & Auto, and they couldn’t have been nicer! Eddie said he would get me in first thing (Sat) in the morning! I showed up and they got it done for me in no time! Cost half of what I’ve been charged to replace a tire in the past. This is definitely going to be my go-to for all my car needs from here on out :) Thanks a million!!
