I had gone to Zimmerman for 3 years and have serviced two of my cars with them. They left a glove in my engine bay of my previous car, and will sit on your car so they can overcharge you on labor costs. Not to mention my brother had his car serviced there and it was in the shop for over a month while they were “figuring out the problem”. They also “forgot” to put back his vanity cover and cabin air filter after the car was in their shop for OVER A MONTH! If you don’t know anything about cars they are most likely scamming you. They even asked me to give them a good review just to replace all the bad ones. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
