I was in an accident this evening and Julio stopped to assist me. My car was not able to be driven and he took me to my grandmother’s house (she passed tonight), so I could be with my family. He towed the car to the shop. He was very kind and professional. Good to know there are still good people in the world.
Car died mid drive, my insurance assigned Airpark Towing, after going through a couple other providers who couldn't or wouldn't come for a tow. I have a large AWD vehicle. Jose at Airpark called as soon as he got the dispatch and told me he knew where I was and where the car had to go so I could leave the key and he would deliver it to my mechanic. He did both and sent a video of the unload to verify. Prompt, courteous and responsive! Service: Car towing
