The reviews are all true-- we brought my son's 2012 here with no prior experience but having read the great reviews. We literally could have been fleeced by SB, except they aren't the guys to fleece you. Instead, they patiently explained to my son that his car (a grandma hand me down) had blown its engine, and that given the make's history, it was worth having Kia take a look as there had been documented problems with the engine bearings in some. Then, they helped my son understand what to tell the kia dealer. And they did this all with a smile. And then they charged him-- 58 bucks for the inspection that determined yup, engine shot. Had they charged us 200 bucks for this, we wouldn't have blinked. But they didn't. So SB Automotive, you've won us over at our first visit-- amazing service, damn good prices. Chris and Dave are gearhead rock stars. They are extremely knowledgeable coupled with 1st rate customer service and the personal touch. They know what they are doing.
