Absolutely the best place you can go if you own a Subaru and need general maintenance/custom anything. Great communication and staff. I am a bit torn on them. I am not questioning their work. They've performed work that seems fine. I've had major work completed by them. On my last 2 visits I was lied to but the GM. 1st time. I was told that the repairs would cost between $7-8K and that it would take a couple of weeks. Over a month later I was able to pick up the car. I come in and am told the bill was a little over $10K. I was never told of the increased costs. In the end there wasn't much for me to do. I was happy with the work but went about my merry way. 2nd time, I was in for "minor" work. During this work, they discovered all sorts of other problems. I can't question whether these were legit or not so let's assume they were. Costs kept creeping up. GM calls me to tell me that it would cost $4300. Ouch!. I was expecting $1500. I asked to think it over. I call the next day and begrudgingly tell them to go ahead with the repairs. When I go to pick up the car. GM said that they went ahead and charged my card on file
