John and Matt were incredibly responsive and helpful in a recent encounter. I had rims, with tires mounted, shipped from an online vendor to a Hillmuth location, where they were placed on my Dodge Ram 1500. After a short time we began to notice an unfamiliar sound from the passenger rear tire area. It sounded like something was inside the tire. I took the vehicle to the Gaithersburg, MD Hillmuth location. They discovered one of the lug nuts had backed off the lug and was rattling in the center cover of the rim. I was prepared to send the invoice to the online vendor; however, with this development we knew they were/are not at fault. Hillmuth "owned" it, checked lugs and torque on all other wheels, and ate the cost. I consider that true service and integrity. Thanks Gents

Manager John and his staff completed my routine oil change/tire rotation and changed the power steering fluid. I appreciate them squeezing me in last Friday just before the Memorial Day holiday.
