I have been here a couple of times now for only oil change. This place has a small, but cozy waiting area with a nice selection of tea and coffee. It usually takes about 30-45 mins for oil change, which I thought was reasonable. If they find any other issues during oil change, they bring it to your attention and tell you how much it would cost. They also email you the quote for any services they recommend along the receipt for oil change, which was nice. I haven't had any other services done at this place, but I will be back for oil change.

I started going hear based on recommendations from two friends who take all of their vehicles ranging from Buicks, Dodge, BMW, to Audi. I was skeptical as i have an Mitsubishi Evo and not everyone like to work on them. I have now been to this shop twice and this second time had quite a bit of work done. The first time was having a full exhaust (motor back) and Ronaldo gave me a great price on that and did excellent work. This second time I took it to him as I had gone to several shops and been given the run around about what was wrong with my car and some outrageous prices for repairs and been told to do repairs I knew I didn't need. Ronaldo diagnosed my car and called me before doing any work and told me exactly what was wrong, which was what I though and told him when I had come in. He put new tires on my car for a GREAT price, did an oil change, changed the spark plugs, and a tiered end. Plus he did a trans service and repaired my transfer case which many shops other than the dealer

I am lucky to have found a shop that I trust that is also close to where I live. I never felt like this place was trying to ‘strongly suggest’ fixes that I didn’t need. I’ve taken my car into this shop about three times and none of those fixes were related to the previous fix - in other words, I didn’t feel like bringing in my car brought on other, mysterious problems. ARautoPRO calls me to tell me what parts they’re going to order BEFORE ordering parts & starting any fixes. Overall I feel like customer service at this shop is transparent/full disclosure, honest, and detail oriented. I especially appreciate the latter part - whenever I ask, they explain the how, why, where, and what. Having gone to other service stations in my time I’ll also tell you that prices at ARautoPRO are reasonable. I am impressed with the quality of the actual repairs as well as the customer service. I don’t know how this little shop does it all. I mean - I’ve brought my car into the shop without an appointmen
