I had the pleasure of working with Evans, a service representative at Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Evans has consistently provided me with exceptional customer service. He is always pleasant and professional, with a friendly demeanor that makes me feel valued as a customer. When bringing my truck in for service, Evans takes the time to listen to any issues I'm having and provides clear explanations of the repairs needed. He works diligently to get my vehicle serviced properly and in a timely manner. Evans follows up after repairs are completed to ensure I'm satisfied with the work. I appreciate that Evans takes a genuine interest in me and my vehicle. He remembers me by name and often recalls details about my truck from previous visits. It's clear he cares about building long-term relationships with customers. I never hesitate to specifically request Evans when I need service or repairs done on my truck. He has earned my trust and respect through his top-notch custom

My experience with the staff was top notch! I had TJ and she was wonderful from beginning to the end! After waiting an extensive time after my service was conducted due to a minor accident on their part, she accommodated me with snacks, refreshments and even made sure I got my car back in a timely manner to pick up my child from camp. Her service as well as the young lady at the front desk was excellent!

UPDATE: The dealership did reach out and refunded the money for the AC service I had not cleared, so I am changing my original review. I still am dubious about the necessity of the AC service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Be careful. Brought car in for scheduled free maintenance check. Was told it also needed tires balanced and aligned. Said okay. But was also charged for AC service that no one asked for permission to do. The work also took at least an hour longer than estimated.
