I could not be happier with the excellent work and result in getting a few dent from my Tundra bumper. It took a little long to receive the parts, but I do not remember that because the perfect restoration done to my Truck. Beyond a doubt the best service I have ever received at a car center of any type. Communication was constant. I was always informed of what they were doing to my car. This is very important and so often overlooked by companies these days. They were extremely honest. Fitzgerald put me first which is usually just talk from a company but was shown true by their actions. Hats off to Gary and his team. If I ever need that type of service again...even though it's 50 miles away, I'm going there.

I’m really happy with the work that was done on my car, it took a little longer than expected and I definitely started to get a bit impatient but the guys here were all very professional and helpful any time I called/emailed asking for updates. Paul was in charge of my car and he was very helpful. My car was cleaned so well inside someone found a pair of tweezers I lost months ago and left them on the back seat for me! Haha. They were even kind enough to reattach my license plate the way I had it. Only thing that could be better is the blonde woman that works there may want to just stick to “I’m not sure, let me find out/have someone call you back” when she doesn’t actually know something. She made it sound like I owed over $900 when I called the day my car was ready and that absolutely wasn’t the case. When I asked if I should call my insurance before making the drive over there she said “I mean you can if you want to” ??? Paul called me back on my way there to clear up the confusion
