Cho's Auto Service

I am really surprised that this business gets good reviews. They clearly do not want your business. That is obvious by their attitude and demeanor when you walk in. I took in a Kia Sorrento that has a squeaky suspension. They said the car needed new front struts. Cho was not willing to order the parts and reluctantly gave me a list and told me to order them and he would do the work. I ordered the parts and took the vehicle back to have the work done. The final bill was more expensive than a dealer. Now the squeaky suspension is even louder. Cho now says he doesn’t know what the problem is and can’t fix it. I doubt the car needed the new struts in the first place. I asked to see the old parts but was not shown them. Cho clearly does not want business, over charges, and does not have the ability to fix the problem. Bottom line, I got ripped off. Avoid Cho Auto! Service: Steering & suspension repair

If i can give less then 1 star i would. I had a radiator leak, the main clown that runs the show there told me my car was done and that it was not fixable. I took it to another mechanic shop got it replaced and now 25K miles and 1 year later my 200K+ miles CRV is still running and going on roadtrips very solid. The fact the main Cho guy lied to me about my car being “junkyard” material rather then being upfront and saying he didnt want to work on it really disgusted me. Its impossible to understand him when he speaks also, not because of the language but because this man makes no effort to even speak up, he looks around when he talking, and while i was in line he was looking at the person behind me. He has his favorite customers i suppose. I only went cause of the high ratings and the fact they mentioned they “specialize in Japanese cars”. I think compared to other shops there prices are on the lower end, so if you have simple fix its probably worth your while going; but don’t expect t

Very good guy, great service. My colleague recommended Cho's Auto Service company to me for my vehicle's service and it was done very well. No issues at all at any aspect. Enough parking space in the parking lot. Located a bit inside (glass gate) of the street. I definitely recommend this from my side.
