Winkler Automotive Service Center

I have taken my green "Pony car" to Winkler several times over the last two years and have not been disappointed. On one occasion, a nearby alternative shop wanted to replace my whole rear axle to eliminate a grinding noise. Winkler instead used a stethoscope to isolate the source of the noise and then replaced the bearings that were the cause. And twice I have had annoying rattles and Winkler found the sources of them and remedied them. Good communication, professional staff, modern trouble shooting and diagnosis skills. Called to get an estimate because I already knew what was wrong with my car and was told they still had to do a diagnostic. Ok, I understood that, he ended the call by saying "I wouldn't be putting on yours". Wow first would've been customer. Will take my car elsewhere!

This is my third experience with Winkler and it’s was an amazing customer service experience. I got to them after a bad experience with another auto and I thank my stars for finding them. Every of the 3 experiences have been extremely rewarding. The first visit was for replacement of rear struts that was done nicely despite me on an international trip because of their customer focused technology enabled system. On this recent experience, my car had scheduled replacement of timing belt and the staff did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress, transparently owning up and taking full and complete responsibility for an issue/complication that ensued with the repairs and ensuring I had a loner car for the entire duration the repair took. George made regular calls to update me on progress and generally check on on how things are going with the loner. I have nothing but gratitude for the customer focused service.
