First class service and staff. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. They did a great job on my car and informed me of every detail. They offered to change out the batteries in my key fobs and even offered to drive me to a lunch appointment and come back to pick me up because a part delivery was holding up the work. I will be using Tire World again.

I was given an appointment time for service, but my car wasn’t taken into the garage until an hour and a half later. (When given the appointment, I mentioned I planned to wait there) I understand they were finishing work in vehicles ahead of me, but it would’ve been considerate of them to call me beforehand to let me know there would be a delay. The employees at the counter were polite and apologetic, which I did appreciate. Maybe next time I will call before coming in to avoid the extra wait.

When my check engine light came on they were quick to get me in and get the issue checked out. They even got the parts in faster than expected and got the problem fixed. I also really appreciated how helpful Shannon, Jeff and the store manager Ben were and that they kept me updated and took the time to explain things for me when needed.
