I always take our cars here for oil changes and very happy with their customer service. Great people, professional always and know exactly what their job duties are. I won’t go anywhere else for an oil change.
Staff is friendly, thorough and informative. They let you know routine maintenance due on your vehicle w/o the pressure to make an immediate decision. Complimentary coffee, water, hot chocolate, or juice while you wait Jay was a great technician.
After cleaning the oil pan, one did not completely close the lid correctly. I started to hear a noise when got on the highway 70, within an hour after the oil change. I had to pull over and look under the car, screw was done incorrectly, & was hitting the ground. It was a bad experience.
