Service Center - The Frederick Motor Company

I have purchased two cars from them so far and will continue to. Their service department is friendly, fair, efficient and responsive. I’ve been very pleased with my experiences over the years.

I have a new to me Subaru and used the service center for the first time. Very nice customer service and thorough inspection. Very happy and will return even though they may not be the cheapest. I will continue to take it there.

Waited a month for an Appointment for a recalled item. Had no AC through hottest months of year. They didn’t get to my car the day of appointment which was fine but the tech said he would call me around 9am to let me know it was ready which he didn’t and when I called at 3pm he lied and said he did. It’s 2023 we all have caller ID I can clearly verify if I have had a missed call but again no big deal. The worst part is after I left the AC was not working, mind you it was working when I dropped it off. The only reason I hadn’t used it was that said it could catch fire If I used it. So I brought it back and tech said it would charge me 155 for diagnosic and couldn’t see it for a week. I said no thanks. I figured out what was wrong with it in 5 min google search and I know very little about cars. The connector was not plugged back in. At the worst they knew what was wrong and wanted to charge me at the best it was incompetence. If I figured out what was wrong in 5 min something
