Came to fix a leak on the transmission cooler. First he charged me and said the rubber lines were the issue. Took the car home then noticed it was not fixed. Brought it back and then chin said it was the metal lines that were leaking and charged me again. The car still leaking and now he says it's the radiator leaking. Refused to fix correctly or return my money back.
I've took my car at a dealer and a local repair shop run by an American so far. They charged the price ridiculously high. I took another broken car from the same part I repaired five years ago and left it here, but it was repaired for less than half the price. mr. shin seems to be a very honest and reliable person. Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, A/C installation & repair, Wiper blade installation, Auto brake replacement, Oil change
If I could give East Street Auto Center 10 stars, I would. Mr. Shin has been our trusted mechanic for years, and now everyone in our family takes they're vehicles to Mr. Shin because he is honorable and dependable. Trust is very important and we would not trust our vehicles to anyone else.
