I have been with Allen since 2007. Once I request service on the car, he's in contact with me with whatever he finds. I love the fact he takes into account not just one avenue of repair, he offers you a choice. You have input. He's not out for the money to repair a vehicle, he's genuinely concerned with the overall outcome from the customers perspective. He'll go the last mile to save you money. I feel like he's more a family member than just a mechanic. I'd never go to another one, can't find folks like this these days !! Honesty and Integrity abound. rude, disrespectful to his customers, I asked him for help with my vehicle and he came out angry, not friendly at all, I'm paying for the service, I wasn't going to do it for free, it's the worst time that has happened to me with a service like this, but I'm sure I will not use this store again. (not friendly, disrespectful to your customers, I do not recommend)
