Stephen Peddicord was the gentleman who made the repairs to my vehicle and was professional and knowledgeable. He stayed in contact with me to ensure I had an appropriate timeline for the job and was able to schedule my rental for the right amount of time. Tina and Joselyn at the front desks were wonderful as well. They were friendly, communicated clearly everything that would be happening including when they would take payments, and also provided a ride to my office after dropping my vehicle off. Overall, this place deserves 10 stars but 5 is the max. Highly recommend this location!!!

Caliber Collision did a great job on my car. Their staff is very friendly and communicates well to let you know where in the repair process your car is. Although it took almost 2 months to get my car back, due to one of the parts being on back order, they texted me every week to update me. One unfortunate thing I had to deal with was when my car was finally ready to take home, while I was driving it home I noticed it wasn’t driving right. I had to drive it back to the shop because the steering wheel sensor ended up needing to be replaced, which they did do in a 2 day turn around. I’m not sure if this was something that could have been caught before sending me home, but regardless they rectified the situation in a speedy manner and delivered excellent customer service by bringing my car to my house, knowing that I didn’t have a way to get to them.
