Autobody Dimensions - Frederick

I brought my car to replace two right tires and rings due to an accident I paid what they charge me fairly. Next day tires were almost half way flat I brought back the car they make me wait an hour after that they told me they fixed the issue a day later tires went almost flat again I brought it back I waited two hours this time they told me again they fixed the issue next day the same thing happened they told me to leave the car the entire day after that they reassure me the issue was fixed but the tires went flat again when I called them they simply told there was nothing left to do anymore . I brought my car to another body shop and they fixed the tires easily. I spend almost two thousand dollars at this body shop. And now I have to look for legal help to recover my money i strongly suggest people to avoid taking their vehicles to this scammer. Service: Body & Trim

Repairs to our car were fantastic, no issues there but ... They were very slow to respond to calls and the repairs took twice as long as initially promised with no explanations.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I had a wonderful experience with this shop. Sadly, I had to fire the original body shop that we chose to repair my car after 10 weeks and we found Autobody Dimensions. After our negative experience with the other body shop, we were very apprehensive about our car being repaired. However, Kirt made the whole experience wonderful from start to finish and handled with process with State Farm. He kept me informed and understood what we had been through. They did a wonderful job on the remaining repairs and blended the 3-stage pearl white paint beautifully. I'm hoping I don't ever need a body shop in the future, but if I do, we definitely will be using Autobody Dimensions.
