I took my 2010 Ford Fusion here about a month ago after the dealership and several other shops could not seem to figure out what was going on with the car or were too lazy to really look into everything. Ford Masters was great! They confirmed that my fan was draining my battery, replaced the fan, and notice I needed some new O2 sensors as well. Toshia was really great and kept me informed throughout the process. The job was a job well done, and the price was great. I also appreciate the warranty they give.
