You guys were amazing I love the energy I received walking in . Everyone was so pleasant and patient. They offer options for you they help you save money. I was goiNg to the silver spring location because that's where I live but never again they are mean rude entitled and moving forward I'll be getting my car serviced with you guys. Thanks for the amazing experience . DaKari did an amazing job giving me valuable information to help me and my car out in the future so I have no issues. He needs an employee of the month compensation or free lunch.

Replace light bulb and replace battery key notice still on dash after invoice says it was completed. Every single experience leaves my to question if they are doing what I’ve paid for. Brand new tires 2xs in a row have to be replaced, based on service team my tires only last 2 months from wear and tear. Don’t trust them, and will email for refund. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Always a great experience. This last vehicle and here of recent the service is horrible. I had my EQS Serviced this past week as well as a couple recalls fixed and i normally dont have too many good experiences at this location. But i come back because its the closest to my home. I can say at this appointment i was paired with Dakari and he was BEYOND amazing. From beginning to end he went above and beyond with me, kept the line of communication open and had my car ready sooner than i thought. I will always request he is my service advisor, others could learn from his level of customer service!
