You guys were amazing I love the energy I received walking in . Everyone was so pleasant and patient. They offer options for you they help you save money. I was goiNg to the silver spring location because that's where I live but never again they are mean rude entitled and moving forward I'll be getting my car serviced with you guys. Thanks for the amazing experience . DaKari did an amazing job giving me valuable information to help me and my car out in the future so I have no issues. He needs an employee of the month compensation or free lunch.
It took much longer than I anticipated to get my car back, but the service providers kept me updated and I appreciated that. I’m not sure what happened but it was not fully restored to my satisfaction and I plan on returning to get the parts missing from my car (see the photo) and then have to finishing touches on the paint completed this Friday. I’m hoping to revise this review once these two things have been resolved.
Mercedes Benz of Catonsville is always a professional operation. I never mind getting things done and many times I will wait for my car. It's comfortable and I am treated with care. Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto interior vacuuming
